- Bring a bag pack
- Make sure to check rules of the festival before you arrive; some maybe allow bag packs while others don't.
- you can fit a lot inside including empty or sealed- bottles of water, wallets, blankets, jacket, etc.
- UV protection is a must
- Lip balm with SPF, sunscreen, sunglasses, sun hat. They are all a must to protect you from standing in the sun all day.
- Comfortable shoes
- Comfortable and closed-toed shoes are a must- There were a lot of girls in sandals, wedges and even heels
- Chances are the festival is outside which means that it can get really dusty. Not to mention, there's a lot of walking back and forth in-between performances, to the bathrooms, and food runs.
- I opted for my high-top converse
- Limit the Pre-game
- When you're attending an all day festival, it's most important to be in the best mental and physical state possible to ensure a great time. Limit the pregame to one or two drinks.
- Refresh yourself on the artists
- So compared to some of you cooler people, I might live under a rock of some sort. Before attending the festival, I had never really listen to more than two songs from G-Eazy or The Weekend.
- Prior to the festival, I made an effort to listen to their albums and I luckily came across some favorites. Lady Killer by G-Eazy has been on rotation in the Spotify for a few weeks now. It was even more fun to sing along to the songs while seeing them perform live.
